The CRTC (Canadian Radio and Telecommunications Commission) requires that bluArc receive specific acknowledgements from its customers who are not using enhanced 911 services.
If you are using and/or are subscribing to bluArc’s Teleworker, openConnect or mobileConnect Phone Services, then you will be using a service that does not use enhanced 9-1-1, and as such, you are a user from which we require this acknowledgement.
